Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking number is emailed to the customer.

Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Returned packages may require reshipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, customers should contact the carrier first. BED POPS will assist where possible but is not responsible for theft after delivery.
